April, 2003:     The Firm welcomes Mr. Gilbert Bentley to its staff.  Mr.
                        Bentley is a former senior telecommunications engineer with the Georgia Public
                        Service Commission where he served in that capacity for more than 30 years.

May, 2003:     The Firm welcomes back to its staff for the summer of
                        2003.  Mr. J. Chad Torri, summer associate extraordinaire (a/k/a "the pledge."). 

June, 2003:     The Firm proudly announces the relocation of its Griffin,
                        Georgia office to the historic Lewis-Mills House located at 406 North Hill Street,
                        Griffin, Georgia  30224.  Our new office is located approximately three blocks north of
                        our former office in the bank tower building.  Our telephone and facsimile numbers
                        remain the same.
